Inspired even more by my seven-year-old son, who’s a natural in the gym, I’ve seen firsthand how fitness can be a fun and integral part of family life. Growing up, gymnastics, Rugby and a variety of other sports were my playgrounds, and they remain a cornerstone of my training philosophy today. I believe in the power of movement and outdoor adventures to not only build physical strength but also to nurture mental well-being. Whether Walking in nature, traveling to new places, or stargazing under the night sky, I find balance and inspiration in the world around me.

My approach to personal training is Lifestyle, integrating my diverse interests and expertise.
